Barney takes on Newt – Occupy showdown over new tent – Kraft casino deal faces opposition – Keating talks fish

BARNEY: It was silly to think Barney Frank would go quietly, wasn’t it? The retiring Congressman took to the Sunday airwaves to trash an old favorite target – surging presidential nominee Newt Gingrich. (Globe)

HIGH NOON: First it was a sink, now it’s a whole tent the city and Occupy Boston are fighting over. This could signal the end of the Dewey Square campsite, as the addition of the new military-style tent could give the city the legal cover it needs to shut down the camp. (Globe, AP) Things are still going great for the five or six Occupiers in Worcester, though, they’re putting up holiday decorations. (T&G)

Bill Keating looks at his new district, sees which way the wind is blowing, starts talking all about fisheries. (CCT)
